 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you care for animals other than cats and dogs?

We typically only care for cats and dogs, but if you also have chicken or fish we can care for them as well. We currently do not take bookings for only chicken or fish.

What is your cancellation policy?

It varies slightly between walks and house sitting, please see the dedicated section for each service for details.

Do you offer dog training services?

We do not, but are happy to work with you to reinforce any training you are working on with your dog.

Can I book you to only check on my pet during

the day while I'm out of town?

For dogs we require overnight stays unless someone else will be caring for them at night. We will need the contact info for the person who will be providing overnight care.

 For cats, please email us to discuss drop-in visit details.

Do you care for pets with special needs?

Yes, on a case-by-case basis. We will go over your pets needs and determine if we are the best choice for their care. We are happy to give non-IV/subcutaneous medication or work with pets who experience anxiety or reactivity, but we are not veterinarians or professional trainers, so there may some cases where we cannot provide adequate care for your pet.
